Julie's US Tour Being Very Well Received!

With the bad weather well behind them now, Julie and the band are thoroughly enjoying performing in Colorado and the Tour is going really well and being well received by fans both old and new, at all venues.

After a superb night in Durango on 2 November, and a long but interesting drive to Loveland (CO) for tonight's gig in the Rialto Theater, it will be onwards to Lakewood for tomorrow's (5 November) show at the Cultural Center! After that Julie and the boys still have 4 excellent dates to play, so they are very much looking forward to seeing everyone in Laramie (WY), Hampton and South Hill (both VA) and ending up in Asheville (NC), for next Friday's 'Music of the Scottish Isles' Tour finale!!

It might not be too late to check out availability of tickets for all venues still included on the Tour, so hurry if you want to see Julie and the band at a venue near you this week coming? Full details of all remaining Tour dates, can be found via the website 'Tour Dates' page.

Julie's USA Tour Going Well Despite Freak Snow Storms!

Julie's US Tour got off to a fantastic start with three great opening gigs in Hillside (MI), Fairfield (CT) and Bryn Mawr (PA) before, the fourth concert in Bethlehem (PA), unfortunately, had to be cancelled due to severe weather conditions!!!

As most fans will know, freak but very severe snowstorms hit the USA's East Coast at the weekend, from the mid-Atlantic to New England, creating severe disruption and mayhem along the way. With roads and transport links all badly effected; power lines and trees falling down; people being killed and injured as a direct result; and powercuts over many States, etc, the Promoters at the Musikfest Cafe' in Bethlehem had no real option but to reluclantly cancel Julie's concert on Saturday night (29 October). We are so sorry that all those with tickets for this concert have missed out on a very special 'experience' but we are sure that everyone will fully understand the decision that was reached in such extreme circumstances. Please contact the venue direct to get further information on ticket refunds, etc.

Thankfully, the next show at the Alden Theatre (McLean Community Center) in Mclean, Virginia, on Sunday 30 October went ahead successfully and all had a superb night!!!

Julie and the band, are now safely travelling on to Colorado for their next 3 concerts (on 2nd, 4th & 5th Nov) as part of the 'Music of the Scottish Isles' Tour and will then travel to perform in Wyoming (6th Nov), then back to Virginia for 2 further concerts (on 9th & 10th Nov); ending in style on Friday 11 November in Asheville, North Carolina.

Despite the bad weather and the forced cancellation last Saturday night, Julie and the lads, are very much enjoying being back on the road in the USA and meeting so many 'appreciative' fans during the Tour. It might not be too late to check out availability of tickets for all venues still included on the Tour, so hurry if you want to see Julie and the band at a venue near you? Full details of all remaining Tour dates, can be found via the website 'Tour Dates' page.
